The Susi Q Center in Laguna Beach, California, sponsors Megan’s free and weekly online Mindfulness Meditation Group. Megan skillfully leads a welcoming group of friends toward stilling body and mind to reconstruct a calm state of “being”, encouraging the participants to let go of their stress, and anxiety and enjoy the peacefulness of the present moment, mindfulness. Drop-ins and beginners are warmly welcomed!
