
Chair Yoga Class
Welcome to an online restorative yoga class
Intention: Connect naturally your mind, to body with spirit in yoga.
I will begin each class with a meet and greet,
Then guide you in a breathing practice fit for your personal lung capacity,
Next, I will lead the group in gentle breath-based yoga and stretches,
Then invite those who can to a standing posture holding the chair or near the chair. An option is to sit or stand to review what we learned seated,
Then we will sit again and practice breathing techniques,
Lastly resting while seated in the chair, with guided relaxation.
